What do I wear?

Here are a few tips to help. Layer up. It helps with temperature change. Wear 3 layers.

• 3 layers: base layer (long sleeve dry fit or merino wool)  Mid layer (fleece or breathable sweater)  Outer layer (wind breaker, waterproof jacket) *Layer your clothing and dress in appropriate winter wear.

• Snow pants

• Waterproof/Warm gloves or mittens (pro tip: mittens are warmer) 

• Warm hat (that can fit under a helmet)

• Neck warmer or Balaclava 

What do I bring/pack?

• Extra pair of gloves

• Extra pair of socks

• Light backpack or hip pack

• Water and light healthy snack

• Lunch
